The head (20) has a longitudinal wall part (23) connected to a peripheral wall part (22). Side wall parts (24) make a part of a cam integrated a shaft bearing that is positioned on an axial line of a bolt (30) of the head from a side chosen among an admission side and an exhaust side, and connected to the peripheral wall part and the longitudinal wall part. A support i.e. reinforcement element, connects a base part (21) and the side wall parts near the bolt.
