<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joined body in which heat resistance and joining reliability can be secured in a high temperature environment, and further, the securance of ohmic contact properties is attainable, and a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The joined body 1 is the one joining a ceramic body 10 made of a compound at least comprising Si with metallic bodies 11 joined to the surface thereof and the method for producing the joint body 1 is provided. Each metallic body 11 at least comprises Cr and a metallic element whose diffusion coefficient of Si is higher than that of Cr, and also which has a thermal expansion coefficient of ≤11×10<SP POS="POST">-6</SP>/°C. Diffusion joining areas 12 comprising Si, Cr and the above metallic element are formed at the joining boundaries of the ceramic body 10 and the metallic bodies 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
