<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a metalized film, which can suppress dissipation (membrane retraction) of a metal deposition layer caused by oxidation deterioration of the metalized film without degrading a winding property of a film, and to provide the metalized film, and a capacitor using the metalized film. <P>SOLUTION: In the metalized film 10, a deposition part 19D on which the metal deposition layer 11 is formed, and a margin part 19M adjacent to the deposition part are formed on a surface of a dielectric film 19, and the metal deposition layer includes an inclination part 11S which is formed on an adjacent part adjacent to the margin part, and of which a thickness reduces as closer to the margin part. The metalized film 10 is manufactured in a process including: an oil deposition step of forming the margin part by evaporating oil 18 and attaching on the surface of the dielectric film; an oil printing step of printing the oil along an edge of the margin part on the margin part; and a metal deposition step of forming the metal deposition layer on the deposition part by depositing metal after the oil deposition process and oil printing process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
