<p>The method involves separating ice crystals from a liquid part through a first circuit (C1) directed toward an inlet of an ice crystal generator (Ge) and from a part loaded with the ice crystals through a second circuit (C5) directed toward a stock volume (St). The first circuit is formed of a temperature sensor (S1), a pump (P1) and the generator, and the second circuit is formed of a flowmeter (dm3) and another temperature sensor (S4). Flow of another pump (P2) in a third circuit (C3) is adjusted according to temperature predetermined from the former sensor and an automatic part.</p> |
