METHOD FOR RICE ADDED WITH CHEESE

PURPOSE: A producing method of cheese rice containing cheese is provided to improve the nutritional quality of rice by adding the cheese with vitamins, minerals, and animal protein. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of cheese rice containing cheese comprises a step of mixing washed rice, cheese powder, and cooking water for steaming. The cheese powder is obtained by the following steps: adding a diluted citric acid solution into sterilized raw milk, and stirring to obtain curd; removing whey from the curd after hardening; and molding the curd before compressing and aging. The cheese powder is Queso Blanco cheese powder.
