<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve the durability against temperature variations in a solar cell module in which solar cells and a wiring material are bonded with a resin adhesive. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell module 1 includes multiple solar cells 10, a wiring material 11 electrically connecting the multiple solar cells 10, and a resin adhesive 12 bonding the solar cells 10 and the wiring material 11. The multiple solar cells respectively have photoelectric conversion portions 20 and electrodes 21. Each electrode 21 has finger electrodes 22 which extend in a direction y perpendicular to the direction x that the wiring material 11 extends, and the finger electrodes 22 are bonded to the wiring material 11 at a bonded area 22a. Strength of the adhesive bonding one end of the bonded area 22a, when viewed in the direction y that the finger electrodes 22 extend, to the wiring material 11 is lower than strength of the adhesive bonding the other area of the bonded area 22a to at least part of the wiring material 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
