<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate environmental impact by calculating the environmental load of a software service. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A computer executes pre-introduction business man-hour acquisition procedure for acquiring a business man-hour related to business processing before introduction of the software service from a user; a post-introduction business man-hour acquisition procedure for acquiring business man-hour related to business processing after introduction of the software service from the user; and a calculation procedure for calculating an environmental load value related to business processing by multiplying business man-hour by an environmental load basic unit per unit man-hour of business processing. The calculation procedure is executed to the environmental load basic unit before introduction and the environmental load basic unit after introduction, whereby the environmental impacts related to business processing before and after introduction of the software service are evaluated.
