<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Lonicera japonica extract liquid securable in quality while keeping its own effectiveness, without using any specific additive such as a stabilizer. <P>SOLUTION: The Lonicera japonica extract liquid is provided, which is obtained by heating at high temperatures ranging from 85 to 100°C in the step of subjecting Lonicera japonica belonging to Caprifoliaceae family to extraction with water.
