<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner designed to reduce noise, especially a high-frequency sound, transmitted from the intake side of an electric fan. <P>SOLUTION: The vacuum cleaner includes an electric fan chamber 3 communicating with a suction implement (not shown in the figure) sucking dust and storing the electric fan 2 generating a suction air, a dust collecting chamber 5 disposed on the upstream side of the electric fan chamber 3 and storing a dust collecting bag 4 for collecting the dust, and a vibrating plate 28 applying vibration to the dust collecting bag 4 to remove the dust sticking to the dust collecting bag 4. In this constitution, a sound absorbing member 58 is provided at least at a part of the vibrating plate 28 and the noise transmitted from the intake side of the electric fan 2 can be reduced by the sound absorbing member 58. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
