CHARGE AMOUNT MEASUREMENT DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge amount measurement device capable of accurately measuring a charge amount free from the effect of electrical noise in a shorter measurement time.

SOLUTION: A charge amount measurement device is provided with a cylindrical detection electrode 1, and a ground electrode 3 is connected to a side of the detection electrode 1 where at least a charged object 4 approaches through an insulation band 5. The charge amount measurement device makes a waveform of induction current corresponding to the electrical charge of the charged object 4 that approaches the detection electrode 1 to rise in a short time and have a high peak value.
