<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a fluctuation of a storage battery installed in a power distribution system. <P>SOLUTION: A storage battery control device comprises: a storage battery 13 positioned on a feeder 16 of a commercial power distribution system; storage batteries 21, 22, and 32 positioned between pole transformers 14 and 15 and points to which distribution lines are branched therefrom; a communication network 8 transmitting data measured at measuring instruments 12,23,24, and 31; a storage battery control amount calculation part 1-5 determining the storage battery control amount on the basis of the data acquired from the communication network; a load data collection part 1-1 collecting electric energy data which is combination of electric energy of a plurality of loads 25, 26, 28, and 29 and outputs of distributed power sources 27 and 30; a frequency conversion part 1-2 performing frequency analysis of the load data; an intermediately-periodical component extraction part 1-3 extracting intermediately-periodical component; the storage battery control amount calculation part 1-5 determining the storage battery control amount from the extracted intermediately-periodical component; and a storage battery control instruction transmission part 1-11 transmitting a signal of determined control amount to each of the storage batteries 13, 21, 22, and 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
