<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone rubber-based curable composition excellent in both of tensile strength and tear strength while having equivalent extrusion molding property and transparency to those of a conventional silicone rubber-based curable composition, and to provide a molded article and a medical tube using the composition. <P>SOLUTION: The silicone rubber-based curable composition comprises a vinyl group-containing organopolysiloxane (A), an organohydrogen polysiloxane (B) and an inorganic filler (C). The composition is obtained by preliminarily mixing a part (A1) of the vinyl group-containing organopolysiloxane (A) with a part (B1) of the organohydrogen polysiloxane (B), heat-treating the mixture at a temperature of 100°C or higher and 200°C or lower, and mixing the heat-treated composition with the remaining vinyl group-containing organopolysiloxane (A2) and the remaining orgnohydrogen polysiloxane (B2).
