<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a plastic bottle in which improvement of a production cycle is enabled, and appearance of the manufactured plastic bottle is transparent and excellent. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a plastic bottle which comprises fabricating a polyester resin composition containing a nucleating agent for a polyester resin consisting of a sulfonamide compound metal salt or a sulfonimide compound metal salt includes: preparing a master batch containing 0.1-90 pts.mass of the nucleating agent for a polyester resin based on 100 pts.mass of a polyester resin having the intrinsic viscosity of 0.5-1.1 dL/g; subsequently, mixing the master batch into a polyester resin to prepare a resin composition containing 0.005-0.025 pt.mass of the nucleating agent for a polyester resin based on 100 pts.mass of the polyester resin having the intrinsic viscosity of 0.5-1.1 dL/g; and carrying out stretch blow molding of the resin composition to a bottle shape at 85-160°C mold temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
