<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plane antenna for high frequency being stable and having a small electric wave loss, and a manufacturing method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A plane antenna 100 of the invention comprises: a substrate 1 composed of a dielectric; predetermined patterns (3 and 4) formed on the substrate 1; and a conductor film 2 coating the surface of the substrate 1 except for the predetermined patterns (3 and 4). The conductor film 2 includes at least a first conductor film and a second conductor film. The first conductor film is formed on the substrate 1 by sputtering method, the second conductor film is formed on the first conductor film by plating method, and a film thickness d<SB POS="POST">1</SB>of the first conductor film meets the requirement of the following expression (1): d<SB POS="POST">1</SB>≥(2/σ<SB POS="POST">1</SB>ωμ<SB POS="POST">1</SB>)<SP POS="POST">1/2</SP>(1), where in the expression (1), ω=2πf, σ<SB POS="POST">1</SB>is electrical conductivity of the first conductor film, f is a frequency of a high frequency signal used, and μ<SB POS="POST">1</SB>is magnetic permeability of the first conductor film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
