INTEGRATED FLUE GAS DEHUMIDIFICATION AND WET COOLING TOWER SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system that dehumidify a flue gas from a flue gas generating process where the flue gas is sent to a wet flue gas processor and fluid in the wet flue gas processor that is sent from an upper end to a lower end of the processor is sprayed on the flue gas in the flue gas processor.

SOLUTION: A cooling water absorbs heat from slurry or water in a lower part of the wet flue gas processor, and a high-temperature cooling water that is pumped by a pump 32 through a flow passage 30 is returned to a wet cooling tower 14 and cooled before the other recirculation by vaporizable cooling 16 in the wet cooling tower. Slurry or water in a flow passage 34 is sent to a top of a wet flue gas dehumidification cooler or a quenching cooler 20 by a pump 36, sprayed in an influx gas from a flue gas line 12 and collected at a bottom of the quenching cooler 20.
