<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic flow rate measuring unit with high measurement accuracy and excellent versatility and diversity while eliminating design factors associated with measuring performance such as a housing propagation in a measuring flow channel where a fluid to be measured flows. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic flow rate measuring unit is constituted by: a measuring flow channel 6 through which a fluid to be measured flows and which includes a case 8 surrounding ultrasonic transducers 2a, 2b; a pair of the ultrasonic transducers 2a, 2b provided on the measuring flow channel 6; a propagation time measuring part 3 for measuring a propagation time transferred between the ultrasonic transducers 2a, 2b; a measurement circuit board 11 configured by a flow rate calculating part 4 for calculating a flow rate of the fluid to be measured from the propagation time measured at the propagation time measuring part 3; and a vibration-proof material 9 filled up in the case 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
