PIGMENT DISPERSION LIQUID FOR COLOR FILTER, NEGATIVE RESIST COMPOSITION FOR COLOR FILTER, COLOR FILTER AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative resist composition for a color filter, the composition excellent in dispersibility of a pigment and excellent in alkali developability while containing polybrominated zinc phthalocyanine.

SOLUTION: The negative resist composition for a color filter contains (A) a dispersant for a pigment, (B) a pigment containing polybrominated zinc phthalocyanine, (C) an alkali-soluble resin, (D) a polyfunctional monomer, (E) a photo-initiator and (F) a solvent. The (A) dispersant for a pigment is a block copolymer including a structural unit (1) expressed by general formula (I) and a structural unit (2) expressed by general formula (II), in which an amino group possessed by the structural unit (1) and a phenylphosphonic acid form a salt. Each note in the formulae is defined in the specification of the present invention.
