PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a brake piston is provided to minimize a failure rate by precisely matching the position of a mold in a cold forming machine. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a brake piston comprises the steps of: forming a position setting groove on the top of a work piece(100), processing a first hollow portion(102) inside the work piece, processing a flow hole formation layer on the peripheral surface of the first hollow portion, processing a second hollow portion(104) extended from the first hollow portion inside the work piece, processing a flow hole(106) on the interior of the second hollow portion, and flattening the flow hole. |
