PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display is provided to minimize signal transmission lines by connecting a timing controller to a source driver IC by point to point. CONSTITUTION: A timing controller(TCON) outputs data and an external clock signal as a difference signal pair. At least one source drive ICs(SIC#1~SIC#8) generates an internal clock signal higher than the external clock signal. At least one source drive IC samples the data according to internal clock signals. A data wring pair connects a timing controller to source drive ICs serially and transmits the data to the source drive ICs serially. A liquid crystal panel has a crystal layer between glass substrates.
