<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily reduce a contrasting streak of printing density generated at a frame end in multi-layout printing. <P>SOLUTION: Grouping of a line of frames arranged in a main scanning direction out of frames contained in multi-layout is carried out. Then images are synthesized in the multi-layout by analyzing gaps of the images arranged in a plurality of the frames, density of background of images and the layout arranged in the main scanning direction when the images are arranged to each of the plurality of frames, determining the movement amount according to gaps of grouped lines of frames and the density of the background of the images and the layout arranged in the main scanning direction when image are arranged to each of a lines of frames, and moving the grouped frames in the sub-scanning direction only for the movement amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
