<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attenuator which is very small and excellent in high frequency characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The attenuator comprises: a dielectric substrate having a ground layer and a signal layer; a transmission line for input formed in the signal layer; a transmission line for output formed in the signal layer; a resistance region connected between the transmission line for input and the transmission line for output; and a via hole which is adjacent to the resistance region, formed in an inner side region of the transmission line, and connected in the ground layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
