<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic musical instrument utilizing characteristic features of a thin flexible electrostatic type surface speaker by allowing the electrostatic type surface speaker to be installed externally. <P>SOLUTION: Attachment receiving parts 135 are disposed at three locations of a mouth stick 126. A surface speaker panel 137 is installed independently of an electronic keyboard musical instrument 120. Attachment components 140 are firmly attached to an upper edge of a frame body 139 of the surface speaker panel 137, and are hung on the attachment receiving parts 135. A socket 136 installed in the mouth stick 126 is a dedicated terminal for the surface speaker panel 137. An input code 142 is drawn out of the frame body 139 of the surface speaker panel 137, and the input code has a plug 143 at the front end thereof. Upon insertion of the plug 143 into the socket 136, a driving signal is supplied to the surface speaker panel 137.
