<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a questionnaire survey device capable of obtaining answers from users when they use a product sample. <P>SOLUTION: In order to obtain answers from users at the timing when they have used a product sample, a questionnaire survey device 2 that executes a questionnaire survey using micro-blogging sites comprises: messages monitoring means 20 for monitoring messages posted by the surveyed users on public bulletin boards displayed in user pages of micro-blogging sites used by the users, and for detecting action words related to the trial use of the product sample from their messages; and questionnaire survey means 21 for posting a question about the product sample to the public bulletin board when the messages monitoring means 20 detects one of the action words, obtaining the user message posted after the question on the public bulletin boards as the answer for the question, and storing the posted question and the answer for the question on the public bulletin board in relation with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
