<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop all the operations of a plurality of power source ICs in a case where anomalies occur in any of power source lines of the plurality of power source ICs without making a configuration complicated. <P>SOLUTION: There are comprised of: a partial voltage generation part which generates a partial voltage where a power source voltage output from a first power source IC among a plurality of power source ICs is divided; a voltage monitoring part which detects a voltage value of the power source voltage output from the first power source IC; and a partial voltage adjustment part which changes a voltage value of a partial voltage when a voltage value of a power source voltage output from a second power source IC other than the first power source IC among the plurality of power source ICs decreases to not more than a value determined in advance in accordance with a voltage value set to the second power source IC. The first power source IC stops generating of the power source voltage in a case where a difference between the voltage value of the partial voltage and a prescribed reference voltage value is not less than a prescribed value, and the second power source IC stops generating of the power source voltage when a voltage value detected in the voltage monitoring part decreases to not more than a value determined in advance in accordance with a voltage value set to the first power source IC. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
