<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a winch for harmonizing safety with operability by controlling the winch by taking into consideration both a load and an operation quantity. <P>SOLUTION: This control device 2 of the winch controls a rotating speed of the winch 48. The control device 2 of the winch includes a load detecting means 5 for detecting the load of a suspended cargo, a variable displacement winch motor 44 for rotatably driving the winch 48 at a low speed mode or a high speed mode, a winch operation means 49 for operating the variable displacement winch motor 44, and a control part 3 for switching the variable displacement winch motor 44 to the low seed mode or the high speed mode based on the load of the suspended cargo and the operation quantity of the winch operation means 49. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
