TRAMS ROAD ASSEMBLY, WIDE-PLANE PLATE THEREFOR AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE PLATE

The present invention relates to development and construction of roads for rail vehicles, in particular for tram roads, and can be used in production of the sleeperless upper superstructure system on the new track sections as well as on the ones being under reconstruction. A simple, easy to produce tram road assembly comprises rail tracks of one and the other road directions placed upon the base of road pavement. The above tracks are formed by butted planar reinforced monolithic track wide-plane plates, and planar reinforced monolithic intertrack plates. Each efficient and easy to produce track wide-plane plate has in the upper part of the concrete body two parallel support assemblies in the form of bottomed metal trays having walls inclined inside and upper horizontal bends. In the inner cavities of said trays fixed are the elongated rails. Each metal tray of the support assembly has an inclined bottom with the tilt angle corresponding to the wheelpair surface inclination, while the upper surface of the horizontal bends of each support assembly is in the same plane with the upper surface of the track plate. The plates are produced with the upper surface facing the bottom of form which allows to omit the surface refinement during tracking, as the required design of the upper surface of plates can be formed by a matrix laid on the bottom of the form.
