<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel capable of surely achieving high rigidity and weight reduction by a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The panel includes, among protrusions 4E protruding from a predetermined reference surface, flat parts which are flat with the reference surface, and recesses 6E recessed from the reference surface, the protrusions 4E and the flat parts or the recesses 6E. At the peripheral edge part of each of the protrusions 4E and the recesses 6E, a production side inclined surface 42E and a recess side inclined surface 62E are formed. In the case of including the recesses 6E, the adjacent protrusions 4E are arranged so as not to be continued with each other or a bridge 51E having a peak flat part 5E is formed between the respective corner parts of the adjacent protrusions 4E, and the relation of an area S1 of an upper surface part 41E of the protrusion, an area S2 of a bottom surface part 61E of the recess, an S3 of the peak flat part 5E, and an area S4 of an inclined part comprising the protrusion side inclined surface 42E, the recess side inclined surface 62E and corner part inclined surfaces 43E extending toward the reference surface from four corners of each of the protrusions 4E and the recesses 6E satisfies (S3+S4)/(S1+S2)≤1.0. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
