<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for enabling an administrator of a Web site to easily improve a Web site or advertisement regarding the Web site. <P>SOLUTION: A general user terminal 11 transmits, when a Web page is displayed according to Web page data received from a Web server device 12, operation log data showing operations of a user during browse of the Web page to an analysis server device 13 in addition to data showing the display start and an inflow source of the Web page. In addition, when transfer and closing of the Web page are performed by the user, the general user terminal 11 transmits data showing the display end and a flow-out destination of the Web page to the analysis server device 13. The analysis server device 13 specifies the Web page which should be improved based on the data received from the general user terminal 11, and presents improvement proposals showing how the specified Web page should be improved in a natural language to the administrator of the Web site. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
