PURPOSE: A desk screen and a desk having the same are provided to maintain a comfortable posture of a user sat on a chair, and to cover a body of the user exposed through a frame supporting the desk. CONSTITUTION: A desk screen(100) comprises the following: a coupling member fixing and holding a desk(150); a front part covering an exposed body; and a side part covering a side part of a user. The coupling member is a compression pin(140), a clamp(144), a ring(134), a string, a velcro tape and a binder(142). The screen includes a front cut part or a side cut part.
