Novelty: a closed hydraulic heat-transferring and fluid-distributing network of new style, construction and structure. A new enlarged 3-pipe system constituting an evolution of the OBI 20050100487- PCT GR 200600051 patent based on the Tichelmann or reverse return structure. Constitution: a central circulator located at the central branch, local circulators at each consumption branches and bypasses at the central consumption branches set in parallel disposition in respect to the first and the last consumption branch (in respect to one intermediate consumption branch at least). The total number of the installed bypasses can be the same to the number of the consumption branches. Each consumption circulator bears overneath a flap valve or an automatic two-diode gate valve intended to cut off any potential induced flow occurred during deactivation of the consumption circulator. Optionally, each bypass can bear a flap valve hindering the inverse flow and mixing of return water with water supply. The number of the required bypasses depends on the size, the dimensions and the extension of the network. For economically feasible networks, each network can be furnished with a minimum optimal number of bypasses. The dimensions of the system are absolutely conventional and do not differ from other systems. In conditions of similar dimensions, and throughout operation, the enlarged three-pipe system exhibits a significantly lower interaction between branches and provides operational stability and significant savings in energy (fig.7, 8). Advantages: production of a hydraulically-balanced network presenting an excellent hydraulic and energetic behaviour; improved and more stable behaviour of the network in supply modifications; significant saving in energy. Embodiment: the invention finds application in closed water-heating and -cooling networks. |
