A Water Level Sensing Unit of a Circulation Water Storage Tank Using electrostatic capacity

PURPOSE: A water level sensor of a circulation water tank for a hot water boiler using an electrostatic capacity value is provided to figure out a water level without touching to water in a water tank and to prevent the influence of the water of high temperatures in the tank in advance to MICOM(microcomputer) by installing a sensor terminal in a panel form. CONSTITUTION: A water level sensor of a circulation water tank for a hot water boiler using an electrostatic capacity value comprises a circuit board(100), a capacitance detecting sensor(200), a MICOM, and a peripheral circuit. A hole(110) for loading a sensor is formed so that the sensor is loaded on the upper part of the circuit board of a rectangular panel form. A connector for outputting data is installed in a side of the circuit board. The capacitance detecting sensor is composed of a cap type panel in which two vertical panel and one horizontal panel are formed into a body. Joining protrusions(210) are formed in the both sides of the panel of the capacitance detecting sensor so that the capacitance detecting sensor is inserted and joined through the hole for loading the sensor. The MICOM and peripheral circuit are joined in a side of the circuit board as a chip-type.
