摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module reliability test apparatus and a solar cell module reliability test method which can reduce a test time and also make it possible to detect degradation and abnormalities such as damage, etc. which have occurred in part of a solder connected section of a solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention is characterized in that, while a solar cell module 50 is placed in a space 12, an ambient temperature condition for the space 12 is composed of a first temperature and a second temperature higher than the first temperature, are periodically repeated, thereby constituting a temperature cycle condition. In at least one of a temperature transition period where the temperature of the solar cell module 50 changes as the ambient temperature changes from the first temperature to the second temperature and a temperature transition period where the temperature of the solar cell module 50 changes as the ambient temperature changes from the second temperature to the first temperature, the resistance value of the solar cell module 50 is measured three times or more and the result of the measurements taken is output. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
