<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent processing from being redundantly performed to the same vehicle by using a plurality of pieces of reception information received from the same vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A being-processed determination part 34 extracts reception information associated with a reception time showing a time within a processing object range determined by a range determination part 33, that is, reception information received from any vehicle other than the vehicle which has transmitted the processed reception information. A selection part 35 selects the reception information respectively received from different vehicles one by one from among the reception information extracted by the being-processed determination part 34 and the reception information associated with the reception time showing a time posterior to the processing object range. A processing recognition part 38 recognizes the reception information which has not been extracted by the being-processed determination part 34 and the reception information which has not been selected by the selection part 35 among the reception information associated with the reception time showing the time within the processing object range, as having been processed without using those pieces of information for any processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
