<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that allows a user to easily adjust the horizontal position of the apparatus to reliably prevent distortion of images due to the inclination of the apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus includes: casters provided to the bottom of an apparatus body and allow the apparatus body to move; a plurality of adjusters provided to the respective corners of the apparatus body to prevent movement of the apparatus body by the casters and secure the apparatus body to a predetermined position; horizontal position detection parts that are provided at positions substantially the same distance from the plurality of adjusters and detect the inclination of the apparatus body; and a notification part that provides notification of the detection result by the horizontal position detection parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
