PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing program and the like that enables scroll display in a scroll direction even when an area for determining a scroll instruction has a short length (width) in the scroll direction in a scroll image display area.

SOLUTION: When it is determined that a touch position by a user is displaced in a direction different from a first direction (scroll direction) in a scroll image display area, an image to be scrolled is subjected to scroll display in the first direction (scroll direction).
