<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-board system that precisely receives only an operator guidance from a driver who is allowed to carry out a predetermined operator guidance to the on-board system. <P>SOLUTION: The on-board system mounted in a vehicle authenticates an operator who is allowed to carry out operation for systems in the vehicle by a predetermined gesture.
