<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a film for a loudspeaker diaphragm having excellent acoustic characteristic and thickness accuracy, and to provide the film for the loudspeaker diaphragm. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the film for the loudspeaker diaphragm, a molding material 1 is input to a melt extrusion molding machine 10, and extrusion molding of the film 20 for the loudspeaker diaphragm is performed by extrusion from a molding die 12. The extrusion molded film 20 for the loudspeaker diaphragm is sandwiched between a pressure roller 31 and a metal roller 32 to be cooled, and the film 20 for the loudspeaker diaphragm is sequentially wound up around a winding pipe 41 of a winder 40. The molding material 1 is prepared by adding a fluorine resin to PEI (polyetherimide) resin having 200°C or more of a glass-transition temperature. In a range of 6,000-20,000 (Pa s) of uniaxial elongation viscosity of the molding material 1, extrusion molding of the film 20 for the loudspeaker diaphragm is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
