METHOD FOR FILLING COMMON HOLE AND 3D VIDEO SYSTEM THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for filling a hole region and a 3D video system thereof are provided to effectively process an image on a non occlusion area according to movement of a view point. CONSTITUTION: An image combining unit(130) moves a view point using depth information about each view point. The image combining unit generates an image of a virtual view point. The image combining unit fills a hole region of the image of the virtual view point using a mask image and a depth image which displays a color image and a hole region. A display device(150) outputs a combined image whose hole region is filled.
