INSPECTING DEVICE OF LASER WELDING QUALITY FOR ROLL FORMING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A laser welding quality inspection apparatus for a roll forming system is provided to analyze laser welding quality through the brightness of welding light. CONSTITUTION: A laser welding quality inspection apparatus for a roll forming system comprises a closed case(101), a closed case pad(103), a photosensitive sensor(105), and a emergency shutoff switch(S). The closed case is installed in a base(9). The closed case pad is contacted with the bottom and both lateral sides of a shaping beam(30). The photosensitive sensor detects welding light of shaping beam and outputs detected signals to a control unit. The emergency shutoff switch is connected to a laser oscillator(5a) elastically and outputs emergency shutoff signal to the laser generator.
