The device has a pair of jaws (31, 32) with a pair of base plates (33, 34) and hooks (35, 36), respectively. A thrust unit interdependent of a free lead of a piston head (43) is in contact with the hooks when a piston (40) tends to return in a definite sleeve (10). An assembling unit assembles an end (48) of a piston rod (42) in opposite to another end (44) of the rod in co-operation with a shuttle (20) so that longitudinal axes (11, 41) are appreciably coincident and transform rotation of the shuttle into translation of the piston between the jaws.
