METHOD OF LEVELING SET-UP USING HIGH TEMPERATURE STRENGTH MODEL

PURPOSE: A method for straightening high temperature and strength model is provided to reduce working load of a post-process by obtaining flatness of rolling products, and to protect facilities by preventing upward bending or downward bending of sheets. CONSTITUTION: A method for straightening high temperature and strength model includes next steps. The basic information on sheets is inputted. A high temperature and strength model(220) is modeled in consideration of the movement of materials at high temperatures based on the inputted basic information and the temperature of the sheets inserted in a straightening machine(100). A straightening model is set by using the high temperature and strength model. According to indicated values by the straightening model, the straightening is implemented.
