<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacking apparatus for steel bars, in which rolled steel bars are stacked up without being dropped before bundled and consequently steel bars have no crossing with one another. <P>SOLUTION: The upper surface of a conveyor 6 on which the steel bar 1 is mounted and conveyed obliquely downward in the radial direction, and a slope 8 the front of which is turned upward in the conveying direction of the steel bar, are made to cross each other. The steel bars are stacked up in such a manner that the later steel bar 1 is abutted on the former steel bar 1 which is abutted on the slope 8 and the movement of which is suppressed, and is rotated by the conveyor 6 to push up the former steel bar 1. The steel bars 1 are stacked up between the slope 8 and the conveyor 6 by repeating such the manner. The conveyor 6 is inclined upward from the horizontal state below a carrying conveyor 107, so that the steel bar 1 conveyed on the carrying conveyor 107 can be moved and mounted on the conveyor 6 without being dropped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
