FACTORY FOR WASTE TREATMENT BY USE OF THE DEHYDRATION (DRYING) METHOD

Novelty: factory for waste treatment by use of the dehydration method. Treatment mode: from refuse truck the collected refuse are first conducted for treatment to the refuse flow funnel 1, in the sequel to the table 2 whereon the recyclable materials will be selected and finally to the entry A of the drying oven 3; after passing from seven burning levels the resulted new carbonized product gets from the exit B to the crusher 4 to take its final uniform shape as building gravel or fine sand. The vapours created by the heating system 7 of the drying oven end through a chimney framework 5 in the central chimney equipped with an incorporated sucker absorbing all vapours and drawing them to the turbine generator 10 for producing energy (electric current); therefrom the vapours are conducted via tubes to the cooling chamber 9 in order to be converted into water upon subjection to the suitable cooling temperature; the vapours escaped through tubes pass from special filters 6 retaining the last existing particles; after treatment, the thus clean non-polluting vapours are released in the atmosphere. Advantages: the invention described herein is a novel, easy, efficient, fast and environmentally friendly waste treatment method; it is characterised by great productivity and savings in fuel; no toxic substances are released in the atmosphere due to the gas treatment system provided; it offers an exploitable product for industry.
