PURPOSE: A smart phone finding system and a method thereof through participation of a client are provided to transmit tracing information of a smart phone. CONSTITUTION: A substitute personal terminal(50) sends a text message to the lost smart phone. An agency computer(70) transmits a location of the lost smart phone. A computer(60) receives a location of the smart phone. A receiving device transmits a text message to the personal terminal. A data storage stores smart phone finding data through participation of a client.
