PURPOSE: An incoming and outgoing test control apparatus is provided to reduce the waste of time and costs according to a site vising test by accurately determining a fault location. CONSTITUTION: An operator input unit(101) selects a gateway as a call test target. An outgoing unit(103) executes an outgoing call test for the gateway. An incoming unit(105) executes an incoming call test for the gateway. A test control unit(107) controls the gate way in order to connect to either the outgoing unit or the incoming unit. The test control unit controls an MDF(Main Distribution Frame)(200) in order to connect to either the outgoing unit or the incoming unit.
