<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an impeller improved in durability, in machining, resulting in a longer life, while suppressing an increase of a machining time. <P>SOLUTION: In a peripheral boarder of a base part, four parameters, i.e., a distance L from a rising position on the upstream side in a rotating direction of vanes to the nearest mountain part, the height d of the mountain part, the thickness t of the base part in the rising position of the mountain part, and the curvature radius R of the oblique side of the mountain part, are set to satisfy the durability of the impeller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
