<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve at least one of thinning of a light emitter that emits light on a surface, increase in heat exhausting efficiency, and reduction in luminance unevenness. <P>SOLUTION: A light emitter 1 is configured by a first semiconductor layer 4A and a second semiconductor layer 4B. The second semiconductor layer 4B is a layer having the same composition and being continuous. The first semiconductor layer 4A is a semiconductor and insulator composite layer having a structure in which a plurality of semiconductor regions 4S configured by a composition different from that of the second semiconductor layer 4B are respectively arranged in a continuous insulator layer 4I at an equal interval separately and independently. The first semiconductor layer 4A and the second semiconductor layer 4B are bonded. A light-emission part 2 is formed in the vicinity of the bonding part. Further, a first electrode 5A and a second electrode 5B are bonded to surfaces of the first semiconductor layer 4A and the second semiconductor layer 4B which are different from the bonding surface, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
