摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot-position detecting device and a robot system that can enhance accuracy relative to a position of the robot detected by the moving robot. <P>SOLUTION: A position calculating unit 60 is provided with: a trigger signal input unit 61 to which a trigger signal is input; a position data input unit 62 in which position data output by an encoder is input with delay of communication time; and a data processing unit 63 which acquires the input position data and calculates a position of a robot at the timing of detection of the trigger signal. The data processing unit 63 linearly compensates the position of the robot by using a first position data acquired before the detection of the trigger signal and a timing thereof, and a second position data after the detection of the trigger signal and a timing thereof. The data processing unit also calculates the position later than the timing when the trigger signal is input by the communication time as a position of the robot at the timing of the detection of the trigger signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
