<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a logical simulation model to match measured data by optimizing the logical simulation model. <P>SOLUTION: In a data processing method for acquiring quantitative characteristics of a magnetic system by combining measurement data of a magnetic field with logical modeling data or simulation data, magnetic field distribution is previously calculated before optimizing execution in order to sharply accelerating processing in a method for optimizing an input parameter of a logical model by using an optimization method to acquire best matching for measurement data.
