<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the management of the usage state of each of a plurality of identical keys which users use for a lock having a conventional simple structure not requiring authentication processing or the like during locking/unlocking operation, even in such conditions that the keys are frequently shifted to others. <P>SOLUTION: A key 11 detects the operating condition of itself by means of an acceleration sensor built therein and stores it as an operation hysteresis, and outputs information of the stored operation hysteresis to a key storage box 12. The key storage box 12 acquires and stores the information of the operation hysteresis of the key 11, and displays the stored information of the operation condition on a display part 22a.
